Midwest Shale Services is an independent energy trading and logistics firm focused on the physical delivery of natural gas, crude oil, and power across North America.

In addition to our trading operations, we actively invest in upstream oil shale projects across key North American basins. Our upstream portfolio includes minority stakes in exploration and development ventures targeting liquid-rich shale formations with long-life production potential. We work closely with operators and engineering teams to fund drilling programs, optimize well economics, and bring new production online in a disciplined, risk-managed manner.
